Ladean Warner grew up in Newton, NJ.  It is there that she learned to love reading and write stories. When she was young, her father would bring her and her three older sisters to the library where he shared with them his love of reading and books.

Ladean’s first story was written for her English class at Marian McKeown Elementary School.  Throughout her schooling, her teachers encouraged her to write.  After graduating from Kittatinny Regional High School in 1979, Ladean attended Katharine Gibbs School, graduating in 1981, and moved to upstate New York. During the time, Ladean had some early publishing success. 

Ladean’s put her dreams on hold to raise her small children and to pursue her college degree.  While working full-time as a finance director for a private girls’ school, Ladean attended Empire State College, completing three degrees, obtaining her MBA in 2007.  Ladean is currently attending Walden University to obtain a Doctorate degree in Business Administration.   

Ladean’s writing brings together her love of suspense stories and her deep faith in God.  In addition to working at the school, Ladean is a motivational speaker and life coach.  She enjoys spending time with her family, is involved in her local church, is an avid reader, and enjoys other creative pursuits.
